If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any services offered.
The Hormone Edit provides personalized hormone health guidance, functional lab testing analysis, wellness consultations, and nutritional support to help women rewrite their hormone stories. Our services are delivered by Megan, a Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner with expertise in women's hormone health. Services may be delivered through consultations, written guidance, email communications, and educational resources. All services are customized to your individual needs and health history as disclosed during the application and onboarding process.
Services provided by The Hormone Edit are for educational and wellness purposes and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Megan is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner, not a medical doctor. Nothing provided through The Hormone Edit should be construed as medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, you should consult with your healthcare provider before implementing any recommendations. You acknowledge that you are using our services at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your health decisions.
To work with The Hormone Edit, you must complete our application process and be accepted as a client. During the application, you will provide personal health information, symptom history, and other details necessary for Megan to assess whether your needs can be met and if you are a good fit for our services. Not all applicants will be accepted. Once accepted, you will participate in initial consultations to establish your personalized wellness plan. Your commitment and openness to working collaboratively is essential for achieving results.
Fees for services are determined at the time of enrollment and will be clearly communicated before you commit. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Refunds are available within seven days of payment if you are not satisfied with the initial consultation. After this period, fees are non-refundable, though you may discuss payment plans or rescheduling options with us. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our contact page. All payments must be received in full before services commence.
As a client of The Hormone Edit, you commit to providing accurate and complete health information to the best of your ability, attending scheduled consultations and following through with recommended labs or testing within the agreed timeframe, being transparent about barriers to implementing recommendations, and maintaining confidentiality regarding proprietary information or methods shared during our work together. You understand that the success of your wellness journey depends significantly on your active participation and willingness to make changes. We expect professional and respectful communication at all times.
Clients may reschedule consultations with at least forty-eight hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session. If you need to cancel your service agreement entirely, you must provide written notice. Depending on where you are in your program, you may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement. We understand that life happens, and we will work with you on reasonable accommodation when possible.
