Weeks 1 to 3

Foundations

Your test is ordered and reviewed while we rebuild blood sugar regulation and reshape your morning routine. This is the groundwork that everything else in the program is built on.

Weeks 4 to 6

Recalibration

Your hormone results are back, so we can work from your data instead of guesses. We dial in your nutrition around what your test showed, rethink how you are moving (often by doing less rather than more), and start treating sleep as something we protect rather than sacrifice.

Optimization

Now we move into stress and cortisol, which is often the part that makes the biggest difference. For many women this is where things start to come together, in their energy, their mood, and the way their body responds day to day.

Is this right for me if my symptoms aren't that bad yet? +

Yes, and arguably this is the best time to start. The earlier you understand your hormones and start adjusting, the easier the next decade will be. Many of my most successful clients started before things got debilitating.

What if I miss a group call? +

Every call is recorded and posted in your member portal within 24 hours. You can submit questions in advance if you can't make it live, and I'll address them on the call.

Do I need to live in Canada? +

The Vibrant Hormone Zoomer ships to most countries. The test is fully at-home and you mail samples back via prepaid courier. Group calls happen on Zoom, so as long as you have an internet connection, you can join from anywhere. Program content is in English.

How quickly will I see results? +

Everyone responds at their own pace, so I won't promise a timeline. Some women notice better energy and steadier afternoons in the first few weeks, while changes in sleep, mood, and body composition tend to build over the full 12 weeks. This is a 12-week program for a reason. Sustainable hormone change takes time, and the goal is lasting tools rather than a quick fix.
