Foundations

Test ordered and reviewed. We rebuild blood sugar regulation and rewire your morning routine. Most women feel a noticeable energy shift by week 3.

Recalibration

First group call. Your hormone data is back, so now we can stop guessing. Nutrition gets dialed in based on what your test actually showed. Movement changes too. Most women are surprised by what I ask them to stop doing. And we start protecting sleep like it's non-negotiable, because it is.

The questions women keep asking me.

Is this right for me if my symptoms aren't that bad yet? +

Yes, and arguably this is the best time to start. The earlier you understand your hormones and start adjusting, the easier the next decade will be. Many of my most successful clients started before things got debilitating.

What if I miss a group call? +

Every call is recorded and posted in your member portal within 24 hours. You can submit questions in advance if you can't make it live, and I'll address them on the call.

Do I need to live in Canada? +

The Vibrant Hormone Zoomer ships to most countries. The test is fully at-home and you mail samples back via prepaid courier. Group calls happen on Zoom, so as long as you have an internet connection, you can join from anywhere. Program content is in English.

How quickly will I see results? +

Most women report better energy and fewer afternoon crashes within 2 to 3 weeks. Sleep usually improves by week 4. Body composition, mood stability, and bigger shifts typically become noticeable between weeks 6 and 10. This is a 12-week program for a reason. Sustainable hormone change takes time, and we're building lifelong tools, not a quick fix.

What happens after the 12 weeks are over? +

Founding Members will be invited to continue with founding-member pricing on any subscription tiers I launch later in 2026. You'll also have ongoing access to the program content you've completed.

What's your refund policy? +

I have an existing health condition. Can I still join? +

Please reach out before applying. The Hormone Edit complements but does not replace medical care. If you're being treated for a thyroid condition, autoimmune disease, or any other serious condition, your medical provider should be looped in, and I'm happy to work alongside them.
